Business Coaching

Business coaching can involve one-on-one sessions with executives and senior leaders of the organisation or group coaching with the team. We work with clients to facilitate partnership and whole-person approaches that help cultivate a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.

At N-Create, we acknowledge that leadership has no "finish line." We are all on a lifelong leadership journey, and each person's journey is unique to them.

We utilise the principles of Co-Active coaching which serves as a contextual lens to experience the leadership journey from different orientations. To help individuals and teams expand their sightline, step out of their comfort zones, and grow in ways that better support strategic planning, team dynamics, or specific operational challenges, ultimately improving overall business performance.

Sorayah has worked in six different local authorities in a variety of roles in Children’s, Adults and Public health services during the decade of austerity and has firsthand experience of the challenges councils continue to face.  

Most recently Sorayah has been instrumental in setting up some of the earliest Family Hubs as the Strategic Commissioning Lead for several local authorities. Establishing systems and processes to establish new approaches to early help systems, family support services, parenting support, infant-feeding and perinatal mental health support and wider reforms around integrated services and whole family working.

I am a Specific Learning Difficulties Teacher and Assessor and have supported children with literacy difficulties in mainstream schools for the past three years. I also aim to work with adults and corporate businesses.
