Sorayah Mbuthia is the founder and Managing Director of N- Create Consultancy.  Sorayah has extensive experience working across local government and third-sector organisations at a senior and strategic level, working on various government initiatives and advising government departments on effective practices to support policy making.

Sorayah has worked in six different local authorities in a variety of roles in Children’s, Adults and Public health services during the decade of austerity and has firsthand experience of the challenges councils continue to face.  

Most recently Sorayah has been instrumental in setting up some of the earliest Family Hubs as the Strategic Commissioning Lead for several local authorities. Establishing systems and processes to establish new approaches to early help systems, family support services, parenting support, infant-feeding and perinatal mental health support and wider reforms around integrated services and whole family working.

Sorayah has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Increases in demand and complexity of the people we work with, the associated financial pressures this has created and a supremely challenging environment.
